On June 14, 2012 we will celebrate her life and her memory Annette was promoted to Client Service Partner at S+C Partners LLP in January 2000 after starting as the firm’s first co-op student in 1987. She was the first student to pass her Uniform Final Examinations to become a Chartered Accountant in 1990. Annette was immensely talented. A graduate of Brock University, she was also a Certified Financial Planner and Trust and Estate Practitioner. Annette was the backbone of our tax department. She led our Human Resource function for many years and was responsible for hiring and training many of our students. Annette loved our annual charity golf day. Annette joined us in June 2011 to celebrate the firm’s 15th annual charity golf tournament in benefit of Credit Valley. Annette was a reluctant golfer herself but never hesitated to tee it up for a great cause. She was well known at the Credit Valley Hospital, not because of her patient status but because of We miss Annette every day. She was the firm’s Easter Bunny and unofficial photographer. She organized our Christmas party and our Childrens’ skating party. Annette knew the names and birthdays of every child born to the employees of the firm. She cared about her work, her clients and the people she worked with. Annette was our business partner and friend. S+C Partners LLP is very pleased to be the title sponsor of this year’s Women with Drive. Nothing gives us greater pleasure than to sponsor this event in Annette Silva’s name. Please join us in support of Credit Valley on June 14.
